You will learn different types of flour, sugar, yeast, & knowledge of Fats and Ingredients along with different shapes, temperature knowledge, dough preparation, proofing and Baking in perfect manner.

International Breads :
You will learn the basics of designing breads, formation of bread, types of bread, Chelsea buns, Bagels, Baguette, Zoff Bread, Ciabatta Bread, Focaccia and Combination Donuts

Viennoiserie :
In this module you will learn about Laminated Dough, Puff Pastry, Leavened and unleavened Dough.
We teach croissants, Danish pastry, Pain-au-chocolat, Vol-Au-Vent, and Brioche

Tart & Pies :
This module at making of different crust, fillings, toffee, chocolate tart, Lemon Curd, Apple Crumble, Chocolate Blueberries Pie & More

Chocolate Garnishing :
We will teach about chocolate tempering, various garnishing techniques, cooling and designing

Praline :
Learn to make Marzipan, Truffle, Tulip Work and sugar praline.

Classic Cakes :
Learn about right consistency of batter, temperature, texture of classic cakes.
We teach Chiffon Cake, Truffle Cake, Black Forest Cake, along with filling and frosting of cakes

Celebration / Wedding Cake :
This module covers about various flavours of celebration cakes. Tiers, Staging, Assembling, Spray Gun Colour Technique, Butter Cream, Ganache making, Fondant, Fondant Characters, Butter Cream Icing, Decorating the wedding cakes with flowers.

French Pastries, Petit & Entremets :
You will learn about cake such as Petit Four, Baba-Au-Rhum, Opera, Sacher Torte, Mississippi Mud Pastry, Chocolate Craquelin, Mousse Cake, Gateau

Heavenly Bites & Little Treats :
This module is important for the duration of Bakery Learning, you will learn Pull-A-Part, Cheese Garlic, Roulade, Soufflé Pudding, Tiramisu, Layer, Parfaits, Florentine, Brazil Nut Brittle, Spinach Corn Cheese Pocket, Marshmallow Floats, Neapolitan Pizza, Scones

Plating Desserts & Presentation :
Plating a desert beautifully with presentation is an essential & most important step with our eyes first combination of colour, flavour, texture, temperature. During the final part you will exhibit your own signature desert.

Fusion Desserts:
This module focuses on developing perfect match and texture with fresh ingredients and flavour to make your own personalized flavoured fusion dessert.

Cookies :
This module covers about different types of dough with different ingredients with are used to make cookies. You can also learn about the variations of cookies, Drop Cookies, Moulded Cookies, Roll Cookies, Refrigerated Cookies, Filled Cookies, Sandwich Cookies, Pressed Cookies, Traditional Cookies and Exotic Cookies.

Travel Cake :
You will learn how to make your own flavoured healthy Travel Cakes with use of fresh Fruits along with Iron Rich Muffins. Travel cakes are good for kids as well.
